Final Report Card/June 2020 Informational Bulletin for WLSD Parents
June 8, 2020

Report Cards:
  • Placed in the mail for Kindergarten students on Monday, June 8th
  • Posted in ProgressBook for students in grades 1-12 at 3:00pm on Monday, June 8th
Instructions for viewing can be found on the district website at:
  • Report cards are being held for any student who hasn’t yet returned the district’s
    Chromebook/property or has outstanding fees.
  • Grades for the 4th academic quarter, which took place remotely due to Ohio’s school closure, are being reported as either PASS or INCOMPLETE. An “I” doesn’t indicate a failure whatsoever; it simply means that there was not enough evidence of student engagement/work completion during our remote learning period.
Food Service:
  • Our weekly food service program for those 18 and under will continue through June 29th. These box meals for the entire week can be ordered by calling 513-576-2290 and picked-up at our M/H school on Mondays.

When visiting our office this summer, we ask that:
  • If at all possible, only one parent/guardian attends/enters the school for your visit.
  • Reschedule your appointment if you or anyone you’ve been in contact with are experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19.
To help keep you safe during your visit, we have:
  • Dedicated an open classroom/area with room for social distancing while we serve you during your visit.
