Transcripts

First, apply to the program/ college!

The application should prompt you to input information about your High School Counselor so that a transcript request can be sent. Information for the counselor is:

If your online application states that you are responsible for telling your high school counselor that you need a transcript, email the counselor the following information:

➔ Your name

➔ The school you are applying to

➔ What records you need sent (ACT Scores, Transcripts, Senior Schedule)

➔ Where that information needs sent – either an email address, an online portal or via fax/ email.

If you are not sure whether or not you are responsible for requesting the transcripts or if the application will prompt the counselor to do so, follow up with an email to your counselor. It never hurts to be extra prepared!
