Williamsburg Local and Batavia Local continue to collaborate into the 2018-2019 School Year. It has become a strong working relationship that allows the administrators for both districts to remain focused on education and doing what is best for kids.

Over the next few weeks, I will be updating this web page and posting the bus schedules to the site. It is our intent to keep the routes updated on a regular basis throughout the school year.

Ready to Roll.
IMPORTANT!!To keep the bus routes as efficient as possible it is very helpful to identify those students that live in the more rural areas of the district that will not be using the bus on a daily basis. Please call 513-732-0935 and leave a message that your child will not be using the bus service, or send me an e-mail at

If your student will be transported to or from another location other than their home address. You must fill out a variance form before the start of school. The previous year’s variance information is purged each year and parents must re submit a new request. This includes open enrolled students that are picked up and dropped off at locations inside the district.

US Grant Career Center

U.S. Grant Vocational students ride a dedicated route in the mornings and a shuttle bus in the afternoon that connects them with their neighborhood bus. Because the morning bus covers the entire district, it is important that we know which students are riding the bus in order to save time and fuel. Please call 732-0935 and let us know if your student will not be using the bus. Times will vary the first couple of weeks based on actual riders.

Bus stop changes will be very minimal however if your child’s grade advancement placed them in a different building their pick up and drop off times will change.

Please call 732-0935 to report if you will not be using the bus service for 2018-2019.

Please remember that Ohio law requires that parents are responsible for their children until they enter the bus. Due to a large number of students that ride Williamsburg buses, we are unable to make bus stop changes to relieve parents of that responsibility. This means, unfortunately, we cannot bus stops simply to allow the parent to monitor the stop from inside their home.

The state sets minimum requirements for school transportation; our hope is to always to provide better and more convenient service than the state minimum. We must balance that with the need to be efficient and safe for all students, and so we appreciate and value the partnership with our parents.
